This card trick is called The Power of Four. It’s a fantastic trick for beginners because of its simplicity. You require little to no slight-of-hand and it can be done any time and anywhere without preparation or set up.
Here is how the trick works:
First, the spectator shuffles the deck as much as they want to assure them that the deck is not set up in any way. Then, you split the deck in half. By taking a look at the 4th card in one of the piles, you’re able to accurately guess the 4th card in the other deck.
